How to Find Your Google Ads Customer ID
Your Google Ads Customer ID is a unique 10-digit number that identifies your account (example: 123-456-7890). We’ll need this ID to request access to your account so we can manage your campaigns.
How to locate your Customer ID
-
Sign in to your Google Ads account
-
Look in the top right corner of the screen
-
Your Customer ID will be displayed next to your account name
Alternative ways to find it
-
Click your profile icon in the top right — your Customer ID will appear under your account name
-
Check past Google Ads emails or billing statements
-
Go to Billing → Payments profile to view associated account details
Important notes
-
Please only share your Customer ID with trusted partners (like Inbound Studio)
-
Your Customer ID alone does not grant access—we’ll still need your approval after we send a request
-
If your account was just created, it may take a few minutes before the ID is fully active
Once you have your Customer ID, send it to us and we’ll take care of the rest 👍
